Hiking through the East Sooke Park

We spent the weekend with the Franquet's staying in a cabin in the middle of nowhere (Sooke) on the island!

The cabin was great, complete with baby ducklings, a hot-tub, and a resident bear roaming around the area!

We also managed to go swimming in the ocean (SOCOLD!) and were surrounded by a group of friendly, curious seals who came in to meet us!
