where are the frogs?

The day started rather wintery. By the time I had to leave the mini slush blizzard had stopped and I hopped on the bike. My plan for today was to checkout the frog situation at Blackford Pond. I wasn't the only one looking for them. There was four herons as well. I suspect they were a lot more successful than I. There was plenty of frog spawn around (see extra). I am either to late in the year or day... Some day I will find them.

Went to the parent council meeting which as always was quite interesting. It struck me how much extra stuff the teachers are expected to do...
