Dreamy Skiddaw

Walking around Derwentwater today, I reached the bridge at the far end of the lake and found the ongoing trail flooded and impassable. After all the heavy rainfall, the lake is noticeably higher. These reed beds usually stand well above the water. Today they reflected the wonderful puffy clouds in the bright blue sky above Skiddaw.
