Snow in the morning.....

Got up to snow falling, and it had been falling during the night....... then the sun came out and it was gorgeous, and I took this picture...... then it got dark again and the snow came on again....... the HG reckons we got about 4" in all.   However, the afternoon has been beautiful with sunshine, and the snow is slowly melting.  The forecast is that we will get some more this evening, but we are hoping that we can make it to Strathaven for our dance session tonight.  Fingers crossed!!!!

But even if it does snow some more, I doubt that it will lie at this time of the year.
