Happy New Year Fellow Blippers

this was shot in the early hours, it's actually a composite of three pictures.

I wanted to do something other than fireworks for today's blip but events steered me otherwise. Tanya and I went for a long 3 hour walk in the most perfect light, amongst the hoar frost and sparkle of a perfect winter day. I took my camera out for my first shot to find my battery was flat! But the walk was brilliant. We both talked and enjoyed the landscape, saving pics to our own internal memories!

So my fellow image makers, have a lovely year.

Later I will state my thoughts on the issues surrounding our changing blipfoto on the forum. But I'm here to stay, at least for a while.
