A continued blip...

Today I worked on some yellow zucchini relish...it's delish!!! I think zucchini relish is way better than cucumber relish. I guess it all depends on the recipe...but this one has apple cider vinegar in it which gives it a nice tang.
The shot is of yesterdays cucumber relish and todays relish...geez, I still have a whole pile of cukes left...
