Still Waiting

Well I, along with millions of others, continue to frequently check in on pregnant giraffe April via the giraffe cam, hoping she will soon deliver her calf.

She has to be extremely uncomfortable waiting to drop a 150lb six foot tall 'baby'.

In this screen cap we can see how she will occasionally doze by turning that huge neck around and rest her head on her ever growing baby bump, while her mate Oliver watches over from his stall in the giraffe barn.

That is some big belly!

Poor mama April, I bet she wants to get this event over as much as her numerous followers.  :-)
