What Portland calls itself.

These orange bicycles take up precious parking spaces, which is an urgent concern since the city keeps letting developers put up apartment towers with no parking. 

I hardly ever see anyone riding an orange bike, so hopefully they will prove a bad business idea and be removed. Don't people who want to ride bicycles already have one?
