Community - Mono Monday

The shot above is from the 2nd floor of the amenity center for our community called The Farm at Brunswick.  We have a nice community building, pool, fitness center, and plenty of flat paved streets for biking and walking as well as a walking trial. The community fee which is less than we were paying for these services without a fitness center and pool in previous neighborhood, includes high speed internet, fiber optic cable TV, 24/7 land line local and long distance phone, garbage pickup on Wednesdays, and many common areas with ponds and places to walk.  We now have  over 400 residences in our place.  It is a 12 minute drive to the ocean.  The extra is a plat of the neighborhood from 2006.
