Another ridiculously long day, starting predawn for a yard sale. We sold lots of junk & made a decent stash, so I guess it was worth the efforts in the heat & oppressive humidity. Hannah went to a friend's house for an end of summer pool party. By the time we were going out to pick her up, she called & announced the parents invited her to sleep over. I should've expected that, but had to pack stuff & take it over before earning the right to go to bed early.
