Tired.....

I have been fighting a manflu type bug for the last few days.
To be fair I have tackled it somewhat manfully.
I tried a short bike ride this afternoon in a bid to shake it off or "sweat it out".
It was a vain and pathetic attempt. Someone mentioned that I might have too much blood in my alcohol system.
Alcohol!!, I had completely forgotten about that.
