Equinox daffodils

Today I helped Mr hazelh with the supermarket shopping, blogged (a new post on my trip to Brazil last week to be published tomorrow), and exercised.

Meanwhile outside the sun shone, then it poured, then the sun shone again etc. I took my blip in the garden at lunchtime when the sun was out.

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights and stretches, run through St Mark's and Victoria parks (approximately 30 minutes).
