Chutney!

Feeling myself quite the kitchen goddess today (on second thoughts, wardrobe and general production simply don't match up). Still, I had fun making mango chutney. It involved improvisation, as I was missing some of the ingredients, but the result tastes pretty good, and there's plenty of it. Also made a curry for tomorrow and we had a nice piece of filet mignon for lunch, all in all, quite a good day in the kitchen.

Every time HH we thought HH might get a few holes of golf, the rain started up again, and the ground was already sodden from the rain last night. So he wound up at the computer , and so did I in the evening, until quite late, which is why I'm now posting Sunday's blip on Monday.
