Very wet and a little aggitated

Well as you can see? We had a bit of a wet day today!
  This male Blackbird and his mate have been very busy the last week or so,picking up Meal worms that the Starling have dropped.Then flying off with them.They soon returned for more.So I can only assume,they have young in a nest somewhere???
  Judging by the water droplets on its feathers.It looks prepared for the wet weather?
