Rhubarb

Pleased with the progress of my potted Rhubarb. As we have no garden only a back yard I grow in pots. Last year I bought some Rhubarb but was told not to pick it in order to allow it to establish itself. So it is pleasing to see it thriving.

I remember my Grandfather growing Rhubarb as well as my Dad. We used to live in a small village on the outskirts of York. My Dad would rush out to collect any horse manure to feed his garden plants. No wonder I am partial to Rhubarb it must be a family tradition.
