Low tide.

Took L to work this morning only six more working days till she retires. That's it now no skiving around the house for me !!!
Suffering over weekend with my back again so decided to have a brisk seaside walk. Lovely morning to begin with at Porto so headed towards Musselburgh. Weather changeable as rain started/stopped usual stuff. So had to stop for a roll & cuppa tea.
Off home to do some chores now & back feeling better.
