Waratah Pods

Way back on the 22nd of November I posted the last in a series of images following the journey of the Waratah Bloom.  Today I am posting another one which to me shows just what a dramatic journey it is.  These are the pods from the very flower that I photographed over the eight weeks.  You can just see the new bud forming at the top of the plant.  So once again we start the cycle of the Waratah Flower.
