Hedwig?

Throughout Stratford upon Avon there are various animal and bird references. No doubt linked to Shakespeare's plays, in particular a Midsummer night's dream.

This depiction of the owl was on a building close to our hotel and before I started the 300 + mile drive north ( via Lancaster to meet the future in-laws) I grabbed a few last shots.

A really enjoyable trip which deserve more time !
