Having a wander along the Tyne and the alarms sound as the eye is going to open to allow a boat under . ( It is amazing how ignorant people can be , as they continued to cross for ages whilst officials tried to clear the bridge ) Do a few minutes make that much difference to your life on a Sunday morning ?
