Keep shuffling

Recently I've been thinking about tattoos resembling power and strength. My job in child protection is a bit like a persona I step into. When I'm in my job, I feel fearless and like I could smash entire mountains. But sometimes I have those wobbles where anxiety hits and I feel the weight of the work and need a reminder that deep down, I've got this. I've given some thought to what symbols could represent this in a tattoo on my wrist and today I found this at the bottom of a coffee cup in Brighton. I like the idea of symbolically always shuffling a deck of cards, always drawing new cards, always trying to find a way to win.
