First day back at work after a 2 week break. The trauma made worse by getting home very late last night (12.30am) as a result of my flight being delayed.

And what's the first thing in the diary? Dentist at 10.45. It was a 2 hour session for crowns.

By mid afternoon I was needing another holiday.

Feeling unable to Blip the dentist's chair or Sainsbury's, here's the best (so far) of my Bavarian sunflowers. They have all tried very hard faced by the rigours of a Scottish summer.
