Moorland Stream

Out for a moorland walk with eldest son Stephen. Starting at the Hole of Horcum we then dropped down into Newton Dale before climbing back up to the car. If you look carefully towards the top of the photo there is a control for the Mountain Bike Orienteering event that was held this afternoon. No sign of a competitor though.

The extra is of a rather thirsty dog having a drink in the stream at the side of the railway track.
