Charlie

It's Charlie's birthday, tomorrow, when she'll be twenty-six. TWENTY-SIX! Suddenly that does seem very grown up.

My work and her social commitments - which, quite rightly, don't revolve about her father - mean that I won't see her on the day, so we met up at the Deaf Institute tonight for a little birthday do, with Hannah, the Minx, and miniMinx also in attendance.

I must say that the miniMinx has coped remarkably well with suddenly having the additional older siblings in her life and they have all taken a real shine to her. She's a natural performer and storyteller, and here you can see here making Hannah and Charlie laugh. I had another shot from a few seconds later with the miniMinx laughing delightedly but this was the best shot of Charlie and it was, after all, her party.
