Birnbeck Pier

A wild and windy day out with some of the Somerset AYWMC'ers to Weston-super-Mare......what a fool hardy bunch we were battling the elements, but a great day with like minded people, all sharing a common interest ......thanks to J for organising it and B for the lift.
Birnbeck Pier on the Bristol Channel, Grade11 listed and built in 1867 but now derelict, and closed to the public since 1994.....more here for those who may be interested in it's history
