Smoked Snapper Pie

I was planning to join folk from the photography club this afternoon but, whilst there were breaks in the rain, when it did rain the showers were heavy so I decided to stay at home.
It seamed the ideal weather for cooking so knocked up a batch of scones this morning and then, with consultancy supplied by the head chef, I made this Smoked Snapper Pie.  It was enjoyed with a 2005 Allandale Semillon.  It's a hard life!
