Rats

Ah, the excitement is never ending! Another couple of hours spent digging couch grass out of an ever-expanding veggie bed. I've always called this rat grass by the way, though it seems to be 'couch' to most other folk. Either way it doesn't matter, it's still a pain in the bahookie. Thought I was finally going to get that job finished today but was beaten by the rain. That happens a lot!

I'd have been up the allotment earlier but was waiting around for someone coming to service the boiler. Funny how a morning appointment seems to mean quarter-to-twelve. Or not so funny!
