Contrast

St Helier post office.

I love interesting buildings. I am also find of post office things, red post boxes, particularly the stand alone ones; air mail envelopes; brown paper and string. All of it seems to posses a sense of excitement, of connections, of mysteries, of celebrations, or surprise and of warmth.

I liked how the building looked, especially as I came across it at twilight, with artificial light pouring out, contrasted by the classical details. The photo was a bit bland though, so excuse me adding a little effect.
