Galvin

Lunch today at Galvin in Baker Street with Stef Stefano - who originally set up Constructionarium. This is a great trip that we take some of our construction students on - over a week they build scale models of various structures - this year we are building the Brewery Wharf Bridge and the Ravenspurn Oil Platform. We can only run this trip because we are supported by Byrne Bros - with both money and expertise. 

I didn't have the liver though (not hugely keen on offal). I had which was delicious a filet of haddock with (never had before) Monks Beard (a bit like samphire. But i only got a few strands of it - deffo not enough for 1 of my 5 a day!)
