exhibition!

Tottered into town to go to the Leslie Hunter exhibition. Not the sort of art I'd normally go to see, but one of the books I've been reading while house/cat sitting is Science of Paintings. That's given me a new er insight, or at least something to appreciate in the pictures. Had an interesting chat to one of the workers there. Now the Festival is over, they have time to discuss the exhibition.

On the way out, I noticed all these other pamphlets, and suddenly it dawned on me that I will now have time to go and visit galleries, and buy tickets for concerts knowing that I'm not going to have to travel a meeting at the other end of the UK so that I have to give away the ticket. :-]
