At the pond

This is the pond on the property where Jerry has his hunting camp.  The pond has only been built for about a year or so, problems with the dam, and then a very dry spell.  Finally it is full and also has a few ducks (he said).  The water is a little muddy right now but should clear up unless it rains again.   

In the extra is a photo of the azalea out the kitchen window.  These blossoms still look great in spite of 3 nights below freezing.  Some of the blooms are looking really bad but I think I will be able to enjoy the blooms a little longer as the weather is starting to warm back up.  One more night covered with the sheets and I think we will be done with really cold temps.
