Soon ready to go on shore from the ferry in Moskenes, Lofoten. 12 hours journey from Oslo, in the plane, on the ferry and at last in a taxi today. Windy and snowing. We do not complain. This is how the winter fishing season has been and how the the fishermen have faced their challenges hundreds of years. We sleep in a nice cabin with all the gear you can think of, what the fishermen didn't have in the old days. We have a luxury compared to how it was. We have good reds too. We have no reason to complain of the weather. This is winter in the northern part of Norway (See map). Hope you will understand my lack of comments the next few days. Up and out at the sea tomorrow morning fishing cod.
