Sun, sea and sand

Very wet first thing this morning but by the time L and I arrived in Elie things had dried up and the sun decided to put in an appearance.  We enjoyed a walk along the beach but on our return we were walking into a fairly strong wind .... almost a sand storm! 

A bracing walk in the fresh air and now I can't stop yawning .... time for an early night I think!
