Abstract Patterns – Roof Tiles

This gave me a bit of a headache.  A bit late in the day I started looking for a pattern that I could transpose into an abstract.  I know – the Dutch pan-tiles on our roof – seasonal lichen to brighten up for the colour, I thought.
 
The wide angle shots were a disaster – too busy and little definition, so take again zoomed in.  Better definition but would you believe only two colours to play with – red and yellow.  No response from any other control. Nik Collection to the rescue and Color Efex Pro 4 gave me this rendition – eventually . . .
