Finally this afternoon the "drenching" slowed and has stopped now for a couple of hours. Apparently we are due for another BIG hit on Saturday, which will surely tip the amount of rain to a record for March

Found these red rumped parrots (male in middle with two females) waddling along our back fence and gave the impression of looking for a dry spot!

Check the extra to see the female flexing a wing to dry off. Was nice to see that colour hidden under the wing.
