Fix My Flat...

I received a call from a buddy while I was out and about this morning...
"Can you fix a flat on my friend's bike for me?  He has no money to get it fixed."
"Sure, no worries.  Just leave it by my garage door."
When I returned and took the tire apart the photo shows what I found and the finished job..
Apparently the rider ran over some road hazard tearing the tire, the tube bubbled out and then wore through as he continued riding.
Yikes!
I patched the tube and glued reinforcement on the inside of the tire over the tear.
The tire holds 60# of pressure, however, if it was an airplane I wouldn't fly in it.
