Clinging On with Feathers Ruffled.
A very breezy day today. I did get a bit pushed around by the wind as I cycled to work, but it wasn't too bad.
On my lunchtime walk, the breeze was stronger than this morning. As I went through the Dean Cemetery I noticed this magpie on one of the headstones. It was facing in to the wind, not wanting to take off. It just sat there, feathers ruffling in the wind.
On the way home, the wind is still blowing. At Harrison Park, along the canal, I am leaning in to the wind, not liking the sudden gusts which threaten to dump me in the water. I get home safely and tired.
