Tubular bells?

No, but they whistle different notes when you move the tops.
We took James to a little park with a view of the railway - two birds with the one stone, as it were.
James also loved the chute but it was a bit slow and in need of a polish by several trousered backsides to speed things up. He did have a great time though.
