Spring!

Playing in the playground without coats...
hanging the laundry outside to dry...
Hosts of golden daffodils...
Sunshine with heat to it...
Spring is coming!

Wednesdays are our night at home. She's worked super hard on her music, both before school and after. But before this afternoon's piano practise we walked out to choose some ice lollies when we found some spare change on the piano! She skipped along in her pink onesie, getting smiles as she passed people.

She had a brilliant time working on the piano tonight. She's flying at the piano at the moment, just soaking up the new pieces at a rate of knots.

She had a long bath and I braided her hair whilst she had a bit of tv time. Nits are rife in her class at the moment, including two of the friends she plays most with. Her hair would be hideous to deal with so we are avoiding it as actively as possible through braids, hairspray and a seriously repeated instruction to not touch heads with anyone else!
