Communal bathing !

The nesting sites on Scarborough Castle Headland
were totally deserted. All was quiet on their steep
crags this afternoon. The explanation was soon
forthcoming - the delights of communal bathing !
An unusual sight to see such a large gathering of
chattering kittiwakes taking to the sea together
but Spring is in the air !
