Underground in the City of Culture

This year the City is celebrating it's Title "City of Culture 2017"
And the underpass Graffitti Artists are doing us proud.
It's a shae that so few people ever get to see or appreciate their work and talent.
These works are in an underpass below the local Dual Carriageway
