PROUD GONDOLIER

in Venice.
We stay in Dorsoduro a quiet sestiere.  A cloudless, bluesky, and our first walk brought us to the Zattere quay. A glorious view upon Giudecca and the laguna. At the end of the Fondazione Zattere we visited the church Santa Maria della Salute and from there we walked through small alleys back to Dorsoduro.
But first we had bought some bread and apples, and the like. We had lunch and off we went again, now to the Rialto Bridge and from there to
the San Marco place and the Palace of the Doges. There of course it was crowded but not too much. Through the small alleys back to Dorsoduro.In the morning we had moments of euphory, how fantastic it was to visit thisunbelievable town.
