Goldeneye

Day out with a good friend and former colleague. We visited Martin Mere and Meresands Wood Nature Reserves. The day got better and better as it went along. A lovely walk and a great day out.

I got pictures of avocets, pochard, shelduck, tree sparrows, greenfinch, nuthatch, goldfinch and many more. I have chosen the goldeneye as it is the first time I have managed a close up of one and I want the record shot.
