something I did read today on a big bin - and I am a fan of "true" words so I tried to remember the words and here they are.... 
Had a lovely morning so far - a photoshoot for my physiology therapist (for a congress), then off to see the dentist again (just for a quick check as something seemed to be a little problem with one of my tooth but turned out good) then back home and now walking the dogs before I am downstairs to iron and then for a birthday party (during the week - ouch)...
