Sure beats a gnome

Wondered what a a couple , just 50 yards from my home, were doing with their 12 foot square front garden ...and this is the result .

Not sure what to make of it ... especially as i think that is astro turf :O
It was a get there, three snaps, then back home trip :)

I wil update , with attempts at trying to steal it by local idiots (i saw that there were footings dug for this , so it is probably set rigid)
