Thinking Of You On This Day

At the end of 2016 my oldest sister Lori passed away and requested that I would spread her ashes in the Old Town Fairhaven Park area out along the bay. Today was her 59th birthday so Lisa and I went to the site and laid out some flowers, sat together and watched the tide move in. Lori struggled with many physical illnesses over the years along with the emotional loss of her son Chris but still had the amazing strength to get up every morning and live life the best that she could. I spread her ashes and Chris’s together as she requested but really wanted to go there today just to say “I love you Lori, Happy birthday” and you and Chris will be always in my thoughts.
