Short back and sides .....

A mainly dry but very windy day. Spreading slurry proved a challenge in the gales. After lunch the man arrived to service the Aga which went out on Friday night. It's amazing how much colder the kitchen is without it.
Started to sort out and clip some Angus cattle for next weeks sale. Was getting on fine until the power went out. Wee brother phoned to say it was off next door too. Phoned Scottish Power and after lots of "press one to report a fault" etc. eventually got through to a real human bean !
The power came back on about 7pm so had a lot of catching up to do. Got there eventually.
