The Ties have it!

Another gorgeous day!

Up early heading to Oxfordshire.  We had an external assessment again, it was a breeze.

For these assessments I’ve started to wear the same tie, I’ve created my own superstition that this tie is somehow helping me through these assessments.  LOL!
