A trip out this morning for Roy's retinopathy screening - he has drops put in so can't drive - and a coffee at the farm afterwards. Other news on the medical front - Helen had her plaster removed last Thursday, but I don't think she'll be springing into action on a badminton court quite yet... I'm going to call in for a cuppa and a chat on my way there this evening.
First sighting of lambs locally too - spring has definitely sprung ;)
