We slowly eased our way into the day; and went for a ride around the hood; mostly to Morrisons; our Strava trail would have shown several dozen laps of the upstairs car park, but - I forgot to turn it on, so there's 12km lost to the annual total. 

Then home to get the car; into town to get them; a varied bunch of activities loosely relating to retail emporia and the purchasing of items. 

Before lunch at mine; we did pulled pork wraps - well - they did; we did soup and some olive rolls.

We dropped them home; we came home. We had roast beef, Yorkshire pudd, and some fruit cake. (Not all on the same plate)

More fitba before bed. (And some homework, just in case the social work department are watching)
