Keep on Running

I must have entered 100's of races, but everytime one of these comes through the door my immediate thought is "There's no way I'm ready. I'm going to have a really bad run, in fact I'll probably be last".

This is one of my favourite runs though. Beautiful location, starting and finishing outside Hampton Court Palace with a nice scenic run along a canal for the most part.
Oh and a lovely big medal that I will probably show off here on Sunday!
